Service Description

Part Two of the First Time Homebuyer Education Workshop. Pre-purchase counseling is a one-on-one counseling session designed to address the steps to mortgage readiness. The purpose of the counseling is to identify and address issues that may prevent or delay affordable mortgage financing, while offering specific steps to help the client achieve the goal of homeownership. The session includes a complete review of the client’s credit and financial profile and the development of an action plan. Upon completion, you will be issued the certificate of completion of the 8-hr course.
